Legal Logistics Consulting offers two types of services— one time services aimed at auditing and offering feedback and strategies and ongoing services aimed at preparing and implementing marketing strategies.

Ongoing Services

Provide personalized recommendations to improve client acquisition and revenue. $2,000 – $6,000/month depending on the complexity and scale of the services (e.g., PPC, SEO, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
(2) Fractional CMO Package (Outsourced Marketing Department) Offer strategic leadership for firms needing a Chief Marketing Officer, without the full-time commitment. Includes oversight of all marketing efforts, team management, and long-term strategy development. $5,000 – $10,000/month depending on scope, commitment, expected monthly hours, practice area, and firm size.
(3) Fractional Sales and Intake Manager Package Provide ongoing support for law firms by serving as a fractional Sales and Intake Manager. This service includes managing the intake team, optimizing intake procedures, and training staff to improve conversion rates from leads to clients, ensuring no opportunities are missed. $3,000 – $6,500/month depending on the scope of responsibilities, the size of the firm, and the volume of intake. For firms with higher intake volumes, a higher fee may apply due to the increased workload and complexity.

(5) Intake and Sales Optimization Audit and improve the firm’s intake processes to ensure leads are efficiently converted into clients. This includes sales training for landing clients, managing consultations, and implementing streamlined intake systems. $3,000 – $6,000 for a one-time audit; $1,000 – $5,000/month for ongoing optimization and training.
(6) General Consulting Services Talk all things marketing, intake, operations…whatever problem areas you would like reviewed, discussed, audited, or brainstormed. $75/hour, billed monthly, pre-purchased hourly packages available at a discounted rate
(7) Event and Network Marketing Strategy Help law firms set up and execute effective in-person networking strategies, including organizing events, workshops, and local engagements to expand their referral network and brand presence. $75/hour, billed monthly, pre-purchased hourly packages available at a discounted rate
(8) Marketing and Sales Training Program Offer targeted training for law firms’ teams in areas such as client intake, sales techniques, online marketing, and lead conversion. This service ensures that staff are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance client acquisition and improve the firm’s overall performance. Flat rate fee depending on scope, location (in person or virtual), and materials, generally ranging between $2,500 to $8,000.
